Returns & Exchanges

The Criteria

• All return/exchanges must be received within 30 days of original purchase date
• All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanges. Items purchased on sale (price marked down), earrings, hosiery, hair accessories, intimates,
bodysuits and swimwear are final sale items.
• If applicable, all items must be returns with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches,
• Shoes must be returns with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must
be returned undamaged and postage-free.


• Returns.exchanges are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the package.
• Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
• The buyer is responible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

The Details

• We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserce the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items
that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.
• Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchance package as Style Trend Clothiers is not
responsible for lost return packages with tracking information.

How to Make a Return/Exchange

• Review our policy above and make sure the items are eligible for a return/exchange
• Fill out our returns/exchanges form (reverse side) and include it in your package along with the item(s).

• Send your package back to us via the most afforable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the
tracking number from your shipping label.
